SINGLE CONTAINMENT LNG TANK

The single-containment LNG tank is a double-walled structure consisting of an inner and outer tank. The inner tank is designed to store cryogenic liquid, while the space between the inner and outer tanks is filled with insulating material and sealed with nitrogen. The outer tank, which does not store liquid, is made of low-alloy or carbon steel. This tank type requires an external dike and is known for its mature technology and low initial investment.

BIMETAL FULL CONTAINMENT LNG TANK

The bimetal full-containment LNG tank consists of an inner and outer tank. The inner tank stores cryogenic liquid, while the outer tank stores the boil-off gas under normal conditions and can contain cryogenic liquid in case of leakage. The outer tank is made of stainless steel and is favored for its short construction period and lower cost than reinforced concrete full-containment LNG tanks.

CLUSTER TANK

The cluster tank is designed to store large-capacity pressurized cryogenic liquid. This system comprises several daughter tanks filled with liquid arranged within an insulated mother tank. The space between the daughter and the tanks is insulated with powder accumulation. This design allows for the storage of pressurized liquids, enables discharge without a pump, and reduces operating costs.
