SINGLE CONTAINMENT LNG TANK

The single containment LNG tank is a double-walled tank which consists of an inner tank and an outer tank. Inner tank is used for storing cryogenic liquid. The space between the inner and outer tanks is filled with insulating material and sealed by nitrogen. The outer tank, which cannot store the liquid, is made of low alloy steel or carbon steel. The single containment LNG tank requires an external dike. It has the advantages of mature technology and lowest initial investment.

BIMETAL FULL CONTAINMENT LNG TANK

The bimetal full containment LNG tank consists of an outer tank and an outer tank. Inner tank is used for storing cryogenic liquid. Outer tank is used for storing the boil-off gas under normal conditions, and can store the cryogenic liquid in case of leakage. The outer tank is made of stainless steel. It has the advantages of short construction period and low cost when compared with reinforced concrete full containment LNG tank.

CLUSTER TANK

The cluster tank is used for storing large-capacity pressurized cryogenic liquid. Several daughter tanks filled with liquid are placed in an insulated mother tank in a certain arrangement, and the space between the daughter tanks and the mother tank is insulated by powder accumulation. It has the advantages of storing pressure liquid, discharging without pump and saving operating cost.
