Boiler Blowdown Tanks
Boiler blowdown tanks are essential components of steam heating systems. When water is converted to steam, impurities dissolve and accumulate as solids in the boiler. If left unaddressed, these impurities can cause significant damage to the system.
Function:
Blowdown tanks capture and store the steam and water discharged from the boiler, effectively removing particles and impurities. Over time, the collected water cools down before being returned to the boiler during the next discharge cycle.
